There is one by the name of Les Suites Taipei, in the Dai An district. The price is quite reasonable compare with the surroundings 5 stars hotel. Les Suites is consider cheaphotel for business travel. It offered free internet, fax services. And the ambience is very modern. Many of these cheaphotel is of the boutique type. One of my favorite is in Phuket Thailand. To be consider a cheaphotel, it must cost less than $100 USD per night. And Phi Phi Village cost less than $80 USD during low season. Phi Phi Village is anything but cheap, it offered a private beach, resort style villa, nice deco, 5 different restaurants, and various activities planned for guests.
